I rang up this morning for an appointment for my mam that can't use the app due to her phone not being a smartphone so had to send the link to another family member luckly they where also in the same room as my mam, to be told that they have had this appontment system for a year! Well it clearly doesn't work! And should be changed back to the system they where using before covid came along, I understand this is not this surgery but this system is the main reason why so many people end up going to AnE for treatment when they could have got the treatment they needed for there GP
Very accommodating and helpful today when requesting an emergency prescription that was my fault for leaving too late. Lady on the phone guided me through it which was a great help. Thank you.
I’ve moved around a lot, I’ve had many doctor surgeries and this one outshines them all. The help and care I’ve received from each doctor and the admin team over the years has always made me feel appreciated and at ease. Doctor Docton and his concern with mental health was invaluable at a time I really needed it. And Dr Carters care with regards to contraception is amazing. I could go on with the unparrelled care I’ve had from eace practitioner. Truly a privilege to belong to this surgery.
