Cannot thank Beth enough for her care and attention during booking to after care and everything in-between. I have had a number of treatments over the years including tattoo removal and facials, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Beth's attention to detail has the whole experience making you feel like a goddess from the moment you arrive to after you leave. I couldn't recommend Changes enough if quality is your priority.

I had a very thorough assessment visit this week, and found Beth to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After discussing my medical history, Beth suggested we didn’t go ahead as planned with my patch test, so that she could find out some further information from her insurers, and for me to attend a planned medial appointment in the coming week. I was both impressed and reassured by the joint decision making process, and feel confident that the care and service provided at the salon is safe and based on the needs of individuals. On that basis alone, and irrespective of whether or not my treatments go ahead or not, I would be very happy to recommend Changes.
