I walked into Boots Opticians, in Carlisle on Wednesday 4th February to seek advise about an eye condition, which I was very concerned with. I received 10 out of 10 customer service from an Optician called Luke. He thoroughly took his time to examine my eye, and to reassure me that the retina hadn't detached. Lovely knowledgeable staff (Fern) who was very honest when helping me choose new glasses. She talked me through all the different options and prices available. Emma has also given fantastic customer service when dealing with some problems with my contact lense order. Thank you for all your help.
Emma, Daniel and Sakiya were all so friendly and helpful and also another girl working that day ( Wednesday 7 January) but I didn't get her name. I almost always use Boots opticians because of the overall great service. I have tried other places because of price but never find the service and quality as good. So well done Carlisle branch.
