I returned to the Carlisle branch to have an adjustment made to my hearing aids. The level of service I received from the staff was second to none. I've always had fantastic service from Specsavers Carlisle, but on this occasion it was even better. My appointment had been cancelled as the optician was sick so I rearranged my appointment online. For some reason it had only transferred the OCT scan appointment over but not the contact lens check/sight check. They fit me in anyway, no extra waiting time or anything. I was so grateful for this and the optician that I saw was really lovely, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in a way I could understand. They also all looked great in their festive clothes!
Excellent opticians and store! Efficient, pleasant, knowledgable and helpful staff ~ they referred me for laser surgery on my first visit, yesterday was my follow-up, and my vision hugely improved, so new prescription awaited! Have recommended Carlisle Specsavers to several friends already ~ and unlike most opticians, my initial assessment was on a Sunday lunchtime, something that many people will find helpful.
