I don't think I have ever seen such a large mens department in any other River Island store, the sale rail alone was bigger than my local store. A great selection of clothes, it wasn't all small or extra small either as you usually find. Good variety of sizes.
The staff are rude. They seem to think they are above everyone. It's a high street brand!! As opposed to the Hollywood/ Milan shop they seem deluded by. Their stuck up attitude ruins what could be a great shopping experience. Also the shop is tiny, with hardly any choices. Otherwise, OK.
Honestly I really think the staff need some training in customer service! Because you clearly have none! It really makes you noy want to return to the store!
