Fantastic service. We were camping in Haltwistle and our tent was mouldy as soon as we got to the site. Called here and they confirmed they had tents. Got there with 20 mins until closing. They lady asked if we were the ones who had called as she was going to stay open for us to make sure we got a tent. We got our tent then 2 mins later changed our minds for another one we saw. The same lady was very kind and exchanged it for us. Great customer service, thank you so much
I had an online order to collect which was ordered from another store, unfortunately it was the wrong colour. The staff at the Carlisle store were fantastic and helped me sort everything out and I walked away a happy customer. Thanks to Lesley and Lou Lou I will be buying from this store in the future. 5* service 😁
I caused a bit of a faff when I tried to do two separate transactions to make the most of the multi-buy deal, but the staff were so helpful and sorted it all out for me in a professional, friendly and timely manner. 10/10 would cause a faff again.
