This is the best Costa I’ve ever been in and I’ve had coffee across 5 continents so coming from a place of experience. All the staff are fantastic but a special shout out today goes to Susie (or turkey teeth as I call her) who exudes positivity and is friendly and is a huge asset to The Penrith branch, and makes a canny brew, only surpassed by Kirsty - but even Susie knows this and now has a target to aim for. A special shout out to Kat a new member from beyond The Ice Wall (Aberdeen) who never stops for a moment in the hour or so i was there yesterday. This place rocks, and the vibe is on another level - Susie whatever they pay you ask for double :)
I called in today for a tea and something gluten free. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the gluten free items on the menu. The service was fantastic and the staff were very enthusiastic and so friendly. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again
Staff are lovely and the coffees were fine, but we were sat upstairs. There's a lack of tables and seats. It's looking terribly tired upstairs. Our table was wonky.
