Stop at this petrol station on 28/7/23 around 7pm as my 10 month old baby was very badly sick in the car. I need to change him and clean the sick in the car used to shop to buy baby wipes and 2 rolls of kitchen ( £4.15 for 2 rolls co-op kitchen roll which is very over priced as the same one is normally £1.55 )staff were so unfriendly and rude. I asked for a bag to put the sick in and they had the cheek to ask for 10p. I came in with my baby and ask if I could use toilet as need to change him and wash my hands in which I was told they were no where that I could do that. Shocking I used to work in petrol station and a sure they have to have facilities to wash hands. Will never be back.
Very poor experience. Lady serving was extremely rude. She definitely shouldn't be customer facing. In these days when jobs are sparse maybe the owners should consider someone more friendly. I took my custom elsewhere as a paying a premium for convience but poor service is not my thing.
