We have just been in this store and was met by the rudest female member of staff (not the first time) when we entered the lady told us we would have to wait till she finished the job she was doing ( she was scanning parcels in) we further waited a few minutes and she was still scanning parcels in with no sign of coming to serve us. She kept her back to us. My partner politely asked if she could serve us as we had an appointment to make, giving we attended in good time we didnt think this was a problem but she was now taking her time however once my partner asked she didnt even respond and kept her back to us. We just couldnt believe her rudness so my partner said come on we are leaving. This hasnt been the first time this lady has been rude, she makes me think she has a problem everytime im in. Shame as i was just about to buy an expensive bottle of rum for a birthday present. We probably wont be back now and take our custom else where.
Small store,not a nice atmosphere. clearly workers don’t enjoy there job,there all really rude and the customer service is terrible.
Just like the previous post, wanted to do an Evri return and was met by the most rudest female member of staff, biggest attitude problem going. Must have interrupted her day of not wanting to do anything 🙄
