Huge thanks to your fantastic driver Tam, who rescued us in the middle of storm Babet on Friday when TransPennine terminated a train to Edinburgh at Penrith, leaving all passengers stranded. Tam was incredibly kind and agreed to take us to Edinburgh although we're sure it was the last thing he really wanted to do on a stormy night, not many drivers would have taken the job. A big thank you from 4 ladies from Manchester, Tam is a credit to your company.
We were driven by Tam, a very friendly and professional driver. He spotted our train wasn't running and collected us early so we could catch another one. This saved us hours of waiting around. Above and beyond service - recommended.
