Excellent service. I mostly use them for airport transfers and to ferry my 85 year old mum around. Early morning, late night, long distance, short distance, they do it all. Efficient, friendly, and affordable. Keith especially is a star.
I think I would leave a zero if I could - name is different on car to website so were waiting and driver seemed to go and come back before eventually ringing, not the car size they said they would send and, even worse, didn't keep to the speed limit (and on narrow, winding roads, could really do with keeping below it) through a lot of the journey. Really feel like I would rather walk or get the bus than ever use this company again.
Rescued from the rain and cold, having been let down by other taxis and particularly a very bad bus service, Stagecoach (awful). Penrith Taxis gave a quick, efficient, friendly drive. Good value so very appreciative of the good service after being let down by other taxis and buses!
