Following a derailment near Shap in cumbria today, i had to get a taxi from Penrith to Preston (Lancs). I met Mark from Bluebell taxis who drove myself and a fellow passenger through torrential rain and strong winds over the shap fens all the way to Preston train station. His knowledge and expertise made a difficult journey easier to tolerate. Thank you.
Correction to my previous review. Our initial trip with Mark was from Penrith, not London. Still stand behind his wonderful customer interaction, excellent driving skills, and five star service!
