Customer Reviews
Just went here for a walk and visited the cafe. The cafe is dog friendly and in the old part of the mansion, which is lovely. The food was nice and having the open fire going was a real treat. You can do a 5mile walk from the car park l, called the dalemain loop which is lovely.
Lovely gardens to explore, path is pebbles so not practical for manual wheelchairs. There is plenty of parking. A cafe gift shop that sells their famous marmalade. Accessible WC located outside.
We thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour of the house (approx 1hr 15 mins). Gardens were pleasant as well. As is common with a fair few Historic Houses properties, they don't like photos taken of the interior
