Great Rohan shop, definitely one of the best we've been to, especially when compared to the Inverness one which was dreadful with little stock and uninterested staff! The Keswick store has a superb selection of clothing for ALL seasons, not just the current or upcoming one! The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, Christeen? The manager? Was especially helpfull not just with the brand but also with the lake district walks! Sheb a great job explaining the difference between 'waterproof' and 'water resistant' fabrics in today's eco friendly world leading us to return later in the week to by a new jacket!
Went In to look at Ruck sacks, was approached by an older lady with bobbed hair to explain these were men’s Rucksacks, the ladies were on the other side of the shop in the ladies section. We continued to browse at the men’s when she approached us again (two women) to point us in the direction of the women’s section. Was I looking for a gift for my husband? Was I looking for myself and just prefer the style of a men’s ruck sack, or are ruck sacks unisex??? Does it matter in this day and age??!!! This was taken offensively. Rohan educate your staff and move with the times.help should be helpful… a simple there are more ricks sacks over there would have done the job and not caused offence
A fantastic Rohan store. The staff are always welcoming and professional. I visited at the weekend and was helped by a lady who had outstanding product knowledge, was helpful, warm and friendly. She answered my questions comprehensively and supported me to make an informed purchase. I’m always impressed by the performance of the items I’ve bought from Rohan and the customer service is always impeccable too. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Rohan, Keswick.
