About
This women’s clothing store stocks White Stuff’s range of casual and everyday wear, with some items available online but not in-store. It’s known locally for being dog-friendly, with well-behaved pets occasionally seen inside. The shop has a straightforward layout near the end of the main street, and staff are happy to assist with sizing or online orders. From time to time, there are deals on clothing.
Customer Reviews
Fabulous staff, dog friendly and great products. We always feel welcome in this store without being fussed over. Super helpful staff when you need them. We obviously go quite often as some of the staff seem to recognise us and what we bought previously.
Went in to buy underwear and they don’t stock it anymore in the shop. The sales assistant with blonde hair and glasses showed me on her phone that you can buy it online and mocked me when I suggested wasn’t it under accessories and said no it’s under knickers where knickers would be! However when I looked online later that day, there was only box sets and not individual items.
I am a fan of White Stuff clothes & do buy from this shop. But today I walked in and out pretty quickly, without looking around let alone buying. The reason is a staff member's dog was wandering round off its leash. Although I don't like dogs - I'm allergic to them and was bitten by one as a child - I can accept being near them so long as they are under control. However, the dog was following me, so I shooed it away, but the two staff members did nothing to get the dog away from me, instead, they just kept talking to each other. I can understand that shop owners may want to encourage dog owners to come in the shop, but should realise that not everyone likes or wants a dog near them. Dogs in shops really should be on leads. Today, Seasalt and FatFace got my custom instead.
