I like the shop, the younger staff member was lovely. Unfortunately I was in the queue to buy a new coat and the customer in front of me had two dogs with them (why people need to take their dogs clothes shopping with them I'll never know, I feel for the people with allergies/people who just don't want random dogs around new clothes they're thinking of buying but they don't seem to matter these days). The older staff member took ages chatting to this customer about the dogs, while I waited to be served. My family member who had been waiting outside for me actually came in to see what the hold up was. The staff member then got a jar of dog biscuits and started feeding the two dogs... At this point I was tempted to put the coat back and just leave. The dogs took the biscuits out of the woman's hands, licking her hands in the process. She then turned to me and took the coat I wanted to buy, without cleaning her hands first! I find it mind boggling that this is acceptable now in a clothes shop! Don't think I'll be going back if I can't guarantee that the clothes are free of dog hair/saliva
Had a lovely shopping experience at Joules today. Fantastic customer service from the manager, I had a fun chat with her. Lovely lady beautiful store.
My wife and shop there on a regular basis. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They are always more than happy to make sure that our needs are met to order in if an item is not in stock . Top service from very kind people . What mire do you need .
