The apartment is lovely and in a great location, but sadly the service when you have an issue is extremely poor. The Internet went down so I sent a message, which was not responded to. I rang to be told they probably didn't respond due to being busy. I explained the issue, and was advised someone would call back. They didn't do I rang again, and although the young lady was very pleasant she clearly couldn't help. She said she'd get her manager to ring. I'm still waiting.
WOW.. this apartment was fantastic.. spotless clean.. brilliant location.. stayed in the catbells apartment, there were a lot of stairs but I couldn't find fault with anything. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely stay there again.
The location can not be beat. It is within walking distance of countless restaurants. You can also walk to the lake and to the Theatre by the Lake. Apartment #4 was clean and well maintained. The bathroom had very limited storage/shelf space. A small cart with 2 shelves adjacent to the sink would be a great improvement as would 2 hooks to hang bathrobes or other clothes. The room compendium has very little information and no information at all on how to run the appliances. Still, the location is terrific.
