We had a fantastic stay at the Hundith Hill Hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully clean place to relax together. The location is stunning, with lovely views that made our trip feel even more special. Every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning — a great selection and a lovely start to the day. Overall, we felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily return.

We had a fantastic experience at this venue for a surprise birthday and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The food was excellent, the organisation was seamless, and the service throughout was outstanding.||The team were incredibly helpful and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into the experience, which made the occasion a great success.||Highly recommended, we will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this venue to others.

I cannot believe the way I was treated this afternoon! As part of a wedding party I asked why milk was put on our table instead of cream when desert was being served with brownies. Someone came to me, pointing fingers and shouting. She was apparently the manager who said I'd upset the waitress. I merely asked a question! I was so upset by this. I said I wanted to speak to the hotel manager but with her pointing fingers she said I was talking to her. I was shocked that a hotel management would speak to customers in such a demeaning way. Upon speaking to the waitress who I'd supposedly been rude to, she said the way I spoke wasn't a problem. Therefore, it may be apparent that the 'manager' I spoke to took humbridge with a mere question and I have to ask myself if the hospitality sector is for her. I think hundith hill does not any idea of customer service and got forbid you ask a question. The hotel appears to be run by ammataures rather than professional people in the hospitality industry.
