Great little pub in Workington. We visit the Workington area every August Bank Holiday and always spend a fair few hours in the Miners Arms. The range of drinks is great, always seems to be a deal on selected drinks. And those not on offer are at a real good price. They have a pool table in the place and also 2 dartboards which we always use. Outside drinking is avaliable. I would reccomend anyone in the Workington area to visit this establishment establishment
Excellent local friendly pub and staff. Local guest real ales as well as the usual. Darts, pool table and jukebox. Definitely well worth a visit. Moments away from town centre
Amazing bunch, got late, and one of the customer ( lovely girl) arranged taxi for as I was waitied almost 45 minutes on Washington Street, she personally call from her mobile phone and arranged taxi for me for Cockermouth. One of the nice fella (train station staff from workington) also dropped me to Tesco in his car as he was finishing his shift. By the way, no Uber there so arrange to taxi before10:00 PM.
