Self check in was a great and easy experience. Paperwork with key ready to go, all information that you need all in black and white EXCELLENT. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of heaters/radiators so it was warm and cosy. Lovely view of park across the road. Big bathroom with big towel. Toiletries and hairdryer available. Ironing board and iron were a great added bonus. Bedding clean fresh and comfortable (would have loved a slightly bigger bed) but was comfortable. We left our pup whilst attending a party and Paul was fantastic sending us a message saying everything ok and enjoy our evening, what an absolute amazing thing to experience. Breakfast was lovely, we could have pretty much what we desire and the lovely lady even provided a sausage for our pup as he was too excited to eat last night. Bid farewell by same lady (who also cleans rooms) who is an asset to the hotel. Overall a warm cosy comfortable home from home stay. Highly recommend and you should be very proud of yourselves. Thank you so much for all you did and do for guests.
Great stay in a very friendly hotel. Very comfortable bed, lovely room, nice shower. The owner, Paul was great, the locals were very friendly and helpful (recommending restaurants etc). Excellent location. Breakfast was very good too. All in all, a lovely place to stay.
We have just left here and it was our 5th time and have already booked for our 6th in July. This always feels like home from home. Rooms are lovely and clean, staff and owner Paul always helpful and on hand. Breakfast is always cooked to order and a huge selection. Nothing is too much trouble.
