I stayed at this hotel with my family and we were very impressed. All of staff were friendly and very helpful. My car tyre was flat and one of the staff helped us until everything was fine. Food was great. Room was clean and comfortable. You definitely wake up and see those sheep nearby your window.
Great location, the food at the restaurant is incredible with Gluten Free offerings.
I had Sunday lunch with my Mum and Husband 28th December. The Melbreak has a lovely dining area, particularly the conservatory and it wasn’t too noisy or busy as we dined at 4pm. Good choice of dishes, plentiful and nicely cooked and served, particularly the roast lamb. We’d particularly like to give a shout out to Nick, a delightful Aussie chap who organized our table arrangements exactly as we wished and was chatty and charming.
