Such lovely and helpful staff! I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped me, but she grabbed a couple of different Jean sizes for me and gave me her honest thoughts on what jeans looked best. She was so helpful and actually helped me with an order in store, as the jeans I decided on weren’t in store. Such a lovely member of staff, going above and beyond. Thank you sweet xx
The staff on the shop floor were really helpful but the same cant be said for the fitting room staff who were too busy chatting to realise that I was waiting to be dealt with. Then when a room became available, they gave it to someone who came much later than me. I had to bring it to their attention when they then gave the second available room to someone else!!!! Also, there was swearing amongst the staff. Not very professional and very poor customer service especially when spending a lot of money.
Had such a good experience at Hollister today. Kiera, who helped me was honestly so sweet and made everything super easy. They didn’t rush me, actually listened to what I wanted, and helped me find stuff that fit really well. Their energy was just super chill and made the whole shopping trip feel comfortable.
