Went in this store recently, saw one staff on the shop floor folding clothes. Store was very well presented and laid out. Got to the till was looking at the items near the till, while waiting to be served by the one sales assistant. There was a security guard dressed in normal clothes standing very close to me. I’m aware he has a job to, suppose to monitor to make sure no one steals anything not stare genuine people who are buying items and stare them standing one foot step away. (Someone didn’t get the team brief on how to shop lifters) this annoyed me and could potentially put customers off shopping in this store) perhaps give security guard further training, clearly needs it. Waited ten minutes for another staff to jump on tills. Ask staff a question regarding sales couldn’t answer my question. Didn’t like was ask to provide email address when would of been nice to be given the option to have a printed receipt.
Went to pick up my click & collect order from this arndale store to find the order bag had been torn open. The jacket I had ordered had been taken and replaced with a different jacket, the returns form had been ripped off so I couldn't identify the order details. Informed New Look they just issued a refund and free delivery code. That I will not be using as I will NEVER shop from here again. The staff are not to be trusted as they steal from customers. So disgusted.
A good size store with lots of options. The floor was generally tidy and well kept. Lots of options that other smaller stores don’t have. The fitting rooms were tidy and modern, but the sales assistant in there was quite uninterested and didn’t even acknowledge me the whole time I was there, even when I returned my clothes to the rail she was standing next to. Otherwise a nice store and would return.
