I visited this store this evening with my son Looking for a hand bag with my adults son He told me that he looked over at the cashier that was on the till in the corner with dark hair and she gave him a dirty look, i really wanted to pull her on it but i will put it on here instead He has learning difficulties just because they don’t show he has them and she was rude he said that maybe she thought he liked her 🤦🏽♀️😂 treated people how you want to be treated she well and truly put me right off buying the bag and we won’t be returning
I went to the shop on Wednesday 10th December at about 8.30 in the men’s department, they were getting ready for closing up, but the young lad & girl were very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble & I left thinking this is the best RI I have ever been in, they are a credit to the store & I hope their Manager reads the review I just wish I knew their names, they looked about 18 or 19 maybe.
Poor attitude from manager. Tried on a dress that was a bit too small and noticed a mannequin was wearing the dress in a bigger size. I asked if I could try that one on because it was the only one left in that size. She abruptly and rudely refused I was very surprised by the hostile attitude. She said she wouldn’t be able to take it off the mannequin, which is fine I just thought there was no harm in asking. Didn’t bother with a response to her because it was just pointless as she was rude and aggressive. As someone that works in customer service myself I couldn’t believe the way I was spoken to. I merely asked a question. Won’t bother asking anything again that’s for sure! 😂
