Riley's Bistro

Want to try and be as honest as possible. The service was great, nice little restaurant, staff were lovely and really helpful. Weren’t waiting ages etc, and the food was ok. It was nicely tasting I mean, I got the honey chilli chicken and salt and pepper chips and I honestly couldn’t really fault it too much. My partner got the brisket and it was really nice, I will say one side of his mash was actually cold, and the other side was piping hot! 😬 The chicken starter we got was also ok. My partner got the brownie and it was alright but sickly as it was dense. I got sticky toffee pudding but I will say, the cake was actually a bit stale. It was quite tough to eat and hard, and didn’t get a lot of sticky toffee sauce. Overall it’s a nice little place, very clean inside and I like to see new places for us to eat in our small little town. It is new, does need slight improvements but nothing is perfect at first, you can either grow with the feedback or not that’s what’s going to make or break it! Hopefully with a few tweaks here and there it will be a brilliant little spot!

Went for a meal on Monday evening service was excellent, I ordered the main of honey chilli chicken with salt and pepper chips, I wanted a dessert but was stuffed so I taken a brownie home with me also very tasty, would definitely recommend will be back

Absolutely the best burger I’ve had in a long time! The burger was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The place was clean and comfortable, and you could really tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it!
