I had a really good experience at Taco Bell food court yesterday thanks to Duchel, the shift lead who took my order. Duchel was polite, patient, and very professional. My order was taken accurately, everything was explained clearly, and the service felt genuinely friendly rather than rushed. You can tell she knows how to handle customers and lead by example. Great service and a credit to the team.
I went to Arndale Centre Manchester with family and of course kids have to eat. We went straight to Taco Bell as advised by my daughter. This was my first ever experience with Taco Bell. We were served by Duchel, a very pleasant person, who listened very patiently and even helped us choose food to our kids liking. Superb experience 👌. I would recommend everyone to visit this particular outlet.
First time eating at this place. Calvin served me and was very friendly and helpful with his suggestions for me and my mrs to have. Also gave me a discount because it was our first time eating taco bell. Great service and lovely food. Would have took photos of the food but we ate it pretty quick as we hadn't had any breakfast and it was around 2pm :) Will be back for sure. Thanks :)
