⸻||Great hotel in the heart of Manchester. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, with lovely views overlooking the city. It’s a quirky, charming place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for its excellent location and friendly service. Breakfast was pretty good too. There was a university student working in the restaurant, an Indian lad clearing dishes -who was especially lovely and provided excellent customer service.

Shower was really lovely , bathroom small but manageable. |Bed very hard despite mattress topper , might want to invest into some better ones. Walls are quite thin, I can see where people have said they felt someone was trying the door is in fact people on same corridor , as a lone female this might feel unsafe but take extra locks with you as you would for any hotel, it’s just the walls are thin. |We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on food. Overall super hotel for the price.
The room was nice and warm, comfortable, amazing location for all the restaurants and shops, The Receptionist Irina was amazing, trip and booking have the wrong check out an check in times. So basically it would have cost us an extra 40 pounds for the times that trip.com had on the app. So Irina let us have the times that we wanted for no extra cost. So we were very happy with the empathy and service that she gave us. All in all a really nice place, And the Interior decor is so Cool
