Just arrived for a 1 night stay and 5 stars straight away.. complimentary upgrade was a brilliant touch. Apartment spacious for 3 of us, bed huge and comfortable. Wish the sofa bed was a double for more room as the singles are tight but for 1 night its absolutely perfect. The apartment is modern and has lovely features. Really excited for the evening here
Amazing stay!! Check in was smooth thanks to the welcoming staff from the get-go. Recommend doing it online beforehand- makes for an even quicker job. Room was lovely, really spacious with a kitchenette and basic facilities useful for a longer stay. Absolutely loved the thoughtful little touches to the room- with a refill water bottle provided for the kitchen and an umbrella just in case for Manchester’s unpredictable weather! Also found the notepad and pencils with flip chart a cute idea. The sofa was really comfy too and even functions as a pull out bed. Blanket provided was more than needed in this chilly weather. The bed was equally as comfortable and roomy and really enjoyed the minimalist design of it; with a little cubbyhole to place bags out of the way etc. The views were just the cherry on top & the electric curtains made for a nice detail. Gorgeous bathroom too, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion provided were such a lush addition. The shower also has two settings which allowed for a refreshing start to the morning. Check out was just as straightforward as when we arrived (just didn’t want to leave)!! Only stayed one night after the Man United game but will definitely be staying again, hopefully for much longer. Thank you again for a faultless stay :)
Excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel facilities were well organized and relaxing. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.
