Absolutely disgusting service. Firstly after waiting for 1 hour for a taxi that was supposed to be there in 45 minutes, I was told we were lying and didn't make a booking. Then they pretended they sent a driver and he was outside my house for 5 minutes. This was simply not true. The outcome was after more than 1 and a half hours, still no taxi at my door. As a person with serious disabilities, this meant that I was not in fact able to go to the shop, despite booking a carer to push my wheelchair. Absolutely shameful and Ashwat, basically told me twice that it was us, not him who was lying. If you haven't got the taxis just don't take the booking, just be honest.
Called for taxi was told 5 minutes Waited for 15 called back Was told he was a minute away!!! Called again and told he was on his way 5 minutes later I got a call from a mobile number It was the driver asking if I was still waiting??? I said yes and he said he was 3/4 minutes away 10 minutes later I called the office again and they wouldn't pick up!!!!! Obviously caller ID I have given 1 star because you can't leave a review otherwise Will NEVER use again 45 minutes and NO SHOW Please take heed and use somebody else
I defo Won't use again. 🤢😡 Money up front!! stopped at each garage for a cash point. That would work.... "Air freshener wouldn't have gone a miss either?!"
