Hotel not new. Reception lady was super friendly and professional. Good bed, large TV, powerful shower, bedroom nice, clean and warm. Breakfast is good, lots of to choose from, beautiful view through the windows and staff helpful and professional. The biggest bonus parking is free and specious. About 10mins walk to Old Trafford Stadium, 5mins to tram stop. Beautiful view through hotel window.

Let's be brutally honest, hotel is past is best and rooms are in dire need of an upgrade. However, F&B was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good and the chicken curry for dinner was superb. Good location with easy access links via tram.

We have just stayed at the Copthorne for 1 night for the Manchester Christmas Markets and we were really impressed by the hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly, the hotel is very clean and the decor is modern and classy. We received a welcome drink voucher on check-in, parking was free! Our room was very clean and cosy, with a brilliant view out onto the docks. Breakfast was well organised. The coffee and food was absolutely delicious with loads of choice. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back again, any time we are visiting Manchester!
