Absolutely lovely hotel and staff are the best I've met, genuinely friendly and attentive. I was only here for 5 days doing a course in one of the meeting rooms, but will definitely stay here when I return to visit Manchester rather than stay anywhere else. The food is delicious and so elegantly presented, and the hotel is extremely clean and well kept, and any mess guests make is swiftly cleaned up. I cannot fault this hotel on any level, I felt so welcome and at ease, and genuinely cared for. Thank you to All of the staff, you do an amazing job!

Staff excellent. Location excellent. On site parking priced at £14 per night. Restaurant offers good food at standard hotel prices. Free wifi. Beds were too soft for me and there was lots of traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel. That said, I would definitely stay again as the rest of the facilities were great, but would request a room at the back.

Reception staff were friendly and professional. However, for a 4 star hotel it lacks customer service and facilities. There is no room service available during the evenings, they don’t have a menu. They did not bring the luggage trolly to our room, I had to go collect it myself from downstairs and they offer no support or help. They don’t provide ice to your room, at request. Cat fee was expensive at £25 a night. I stayed at the Hilton in August and their customer service far exceeds the AC. Marriott. I was disappointed generally by their lack of customer service and the cat fee. Most hotels charge a flat £30 fee. Car park costs £14 a night so it’s not so affordable and spaces are not guaranteed. Hotel in the general a great location, close to most amenities and city centre. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable and it was cleaned at request. They took a refundable deposit of £75 for our 3 night stay which is high and the Hilton don’t take additional deposits .
