I absolutely love the M&S foodhall I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, the extortionate price is my only gripe. The prices are ridiculous but the food and drink is of such a good quality. The shop layout is easy to navigate and when it’s time to pay you can choose if you want to pay at the till or self checkout. I don’t have much use for the rest of the store the clothes are either ugly or cost an arm and a leg so I have no care for them. Some of the groceries are out of this world though

Alex, at Trafford centre, was so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. She went over and beyond to support my partner and I to finding maternity clothes considering this is our first pregnancy and we were clueless! Alex was so informed about everything relating to maternity wear and went around the whole store finding clothes that were comfy, and she knew exactly what style, size and colour would look good on me! I was so grateful to have had Alex’s help who took a usual draining shopping experience to something I actually really enjoyed. Thank you Alex xxx
