The entire team were so helpful today processing my returns. I’d foolishly lost my e receipt but they couldn’t have been more lovely in helping me try to find it. They could have been very dismissive on what has got to be one of the busiest days of the year, but they went above and beyond. Great customer service thank you!

A very cheerful, polite young lady called Kimaya helped me find items for my daughter. It was the end of the day and I was extremely impressed how professional and knowledgeable she was. A true asset to the Hollister team at the Trafford Centre store.

Very disappointing customer service. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. The queues at the checkouts were extremely long. I had a click and collect order, and in the past, I could simply ask a staff member to retrieve it from the back. Now, customers have to wait in the same long queue just for a cashier to scan and collect it, which only slows everything down further since it takes one cashier away from serving others. The new system is inefficient and makes no sense.
