I would give 0 stars if i could, genuinely one of the worst and most bizarre experiences i’ve ever had. I took my phone which had ZERO issues here to have the screen protector changed i then queried on having the battery changed . He quoted me the price, no problem left my phone with them, he then gave it to another guy to do before i left. I came back picked up the phone, when i got home it started to reboot every 5-8 minutes. I came back the following morning advising of the issue, he did a few checks and told me it’s a board issue. He then advised me to come back on the monday and drop it off implying that it will be additional costs for him to look into it and fix it. I was absolutely flabbergasted, my phone which i use for work is basically obsolete as it now reboots every 3 mins making it almost unusable. and i had to buy a new one for £400. I came back again citing that obviously one of his colleaagues has damaged the board on the phone as it was fine until they changed the battery and that he should fix it free of charge to which he declined. He’s a very smug and rude individual unwilling to even own up to the issue and inconvenience i’ve been caused and still trying to charge me on top of breaking my phone!!! Avoid at all costs and tbh if you scroll down and read other reviews some have experienced a very similar thing to myself. The owners response to those reviews with complaints should tell you all you need to know about his character.

Had a iphone 15 pro max fixed from here for 70 pound after 6 days LED started going in the screen told him and he said must of been my fault I must have dropped it or had something heavy on top of it even though there was no damage or marks to screen protector he put on, then said he could fix it again for 50 pound absolute disgrace avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely great work on my Motorola g85 screen replacement so thanks very much very professional my eyes my opinion brilliant job absolutely great outstanding quality of work brill job
