Just came in To pre-order the 17 promax the lady wasn’t really helpful She asked for photo ID and bank statements, which is absolutely fine But then she asks for the original Bank statement As piece of paper and I don’t see no different from the one I have online , this is not my first time contracting a phone but I wanted to give it a try at Tesco As a New customer but i am really disappointed with the Customer service and I had my time wasted.
Sean is an absolute legend. I took my phone to a local mobile phone shop to have my data transferred to a new phone and they wiped off all my WhatsApp business messages and locked me out of the account and basically washed their hands of it. When I turned up at Tesco branch this afternoon I was in a really tizz and so stressed out as I had no access to any of my messages. Sean spent over 2 hours helping me restore my WhatsApp business account and all the previous messages. I cannot thank him enough and I can honestly say that this guy saved my day. Thank you so much. Lovely guy too. Super friendly. Tesco, this employee is worth his weight in gold! My family and I were going to switch providers when our contracts are up but he has made us realise service is key when you are a customer and he provided exceptional face to face service. Thank you
