Had booked a covid jab for my dad. Arrived and it was locked up . Rang the pharmacy from car. Assistant rang pharmacy who had not realised and she came within 5 minutes. Honest mistake on their behalf but rectified immediately. Lovely pharmacist- very efficient and caring
***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** Honestly, staff are quite rude. Been there a few time under my legal name and each time they had no manners and wasn’t polite. They only seem to get more judgemental. I have a few examples but the most recent: I picked up my prescription and they were rude, I came back to double check that’s Al that had been sent over, i I pen admitted the medication was for my anxiety and she became even more snobby. Appalling.
One of the best pharmacy and we must acknowledge it. My children control drugs x3 and other meds are always on time. Since I moved with them it's been very good and no stress like FIRSWAY HEALTH pharmacy. Thank you so much for your dedicated support and care. I appreciate your swift efforts as I had a trouble experience with FIRSWAY pharmacy.
