Royal mail marked my high value tracked package as delivered but it was not delivered. I was home at the time they said they delivered it but no one rang the doorbell or knocked. They didn’t leave a red slip or any proof they missed me. Their proof of delivery was a random blurry photo of inside their van which you couldn’t tell what the parcel was much less the location.
Royal Mail is the worst. I was waiting to receive my new passport and they didn’t try to deliver it but left one of those hideous Royal Mail cards on my door with nothing written on! They didn’t even bother to write where my passport was so I didn’t know where to go to collect it. Now they’ve returned my passport to the Consulate and I can’t fly to my home country because of that. Thank you once again lazy Royal Mail for your terrible service.
