Fatal services. No services after online booking and early reservation. Fake company, absolutely fatal contact and scam. Beware, please don’t use this. We order 3h before taxi for international event and red carpet. Car don’t come, no contact. We lost important 30 min event time. Please dont use any payment method.
Do not ever book a pre-booked taxi if you want to get somewhere on time, don't trust them for airport or any kind of job. Steven has the worst customer service I've ever seen I asked where the taxi was when it hit the pre-booked time and got a mouthful that pre-booking doesn't confirm a time it's just a booking, what a load of rubbish. Use Uber and kill leech firms like this. I've got 2.3 million views on my reviews which are incredibly positive, so shows how terrible this company is.
Booked in advance and app said taxi was one minute away for 15 minutes. Phoned up after 15 minutes of it already been late to be told "it will be on time" and then that it hadnt even been dispatched
