Very poor experience of this company. Looking at where they are based I must be out of their catchment area! I would suggest if this was the case you have the professionalism to just say so. Instead was told 45 mins, when I phoned back nearly hr later was told 15 more mins ( fair enough) then I phoned again nearly 30 mins later and was cut off before even answered. I tried to ring back suddenly all operators were busy. To sum up, unprofessional, lying, cowardly let downs.
