Not recommended at all and horrible service. Last Sunday, I called them to asking for a taxi and they promise that within 15 to 20 minutes they will arrange a car. I had been waiting for 30 minutes outside on the street, then I call them back to ask what happened then he said that I could not find a taxi. However, I called other company to arrange a taxi.
Awful service.. left me and two children stood outside a museum that they can not find even though when I asked Siri for close by taxi ranks ( I am not from around Manchester) shows them 0.3 miles away .. rings after 20 minuets.says he is on the way and after waiting another 20 minuets we walked anyway as we had already missed our train !! Disgusting!!
Absolute rubbish. We tried them twice. Lateness guarenteed. Minimum 20 minutes. Tonight 40 minutes late. Missed our movie thank you very much.
