Best garage in town, always helpful and try to accommodate where possible. Have used for many years and have never had a bad experience. My son’s work van broke down late at night and we managed to get it parked up outside Broadway, ready for phoning in the morning. To my surprise Stu was still working at 9pm, so he had a look and planned repair over the following days. Absolutely brilliant 👍
Took my car in for MOT and had asked for a full service. After checking my vehicle it was established only a interim was required and I was charged as such. Fair estimate provided for work required with the requirements and pricing explained clearly. Friendly, Good honest people, will definitely recommend 😊
Fab service, very knowledgeable and friendly. My car began to lose power when accelerating and going over 60mph on the motorway. I googled garages in carlisle and was fortunate enough to find this one. I got a cancellation the following week and took the car in. Good communication and service. Very satisfied customer and I know where to go now for my mot. Although I will book Well in advance...this garage is busy...always a good sign
