Amazing service from ALS. Our VW Camper (The Champer Camper) broke down when we were on the way to work at a wedding. The driver (think his name was Mark, Scottish guy) was brilliant. Took our camper at 11 o'clock at night to the wedding venue we were working at. Tight country roads in the dark, but he worked with the ALS office to navigate the roads and made sure we got there. They saved us and made an extremely stressful time so much better. Thank you 😊

ALS recovered our camper van for us on behalf of the RAC. Exceptional service with first class communications and a really helpful driver. Could not fault them in anyway, thanks guys you made one very stressful situation a whole lot easier. RAC could do with a few lessons from you on how to manage customers and recoverys.
