Took my old C-Class to Autotech, they managed to fit me in last minute, fixed my suspension rattles and done a service. They found other things that need fixed at a later date and advised next course of action. I picked the car up at the end of the day and was pleasantly surprised on how much better it was. Thankyou Richard for your work and the reasonable amount it cost. Yes there is garages that are marginally cheaper but it says alot when you can drive away knowing the car is as good as it can be. Supremely reliable, and friendly bunch. They’re really knowledgeable, and know their stuff - I’ve been taking my car there for a while now and despite my paranoid nature, they’re always able to take my at a moments notice, and get the job done quickly. They’re also incredibly thorough - They definitely charge a premium, but thats what you get for top class service and high quality repairs. Highly recommended!
Brilliant service from the chaps at Autotech, talked me through the service work done and any recommendations they found, very importantly they didn't try to force for the recommendations to be done there and then, said they would be fine for now and we can do them at next service. Front brake discs and pads needed done (booked in for this as well as service) due to a previous garage not cleaning the hubs correctly prior to discs fitment and subsequent warping after only 5000 miles, again they discussed the importance of proper prep work for longevity of the parts and actually using correct MB brake parts. They know their cookies and I'd recommend them. Also, car has a very light interior and there was not one grease mark on it!!
