I visited the workshop today 9.30am approx. lots of cars in the car park. all very quite and no lights on. The door was locked. I read the faded notice about ringing a number if the door was locked. As my phone was in the car I walked around the unit, all was quiet and dark no noise, no radio playing. looked empty. I went back to the door to get the information to call, as I headed to my car for my phone the door opened and a voice shouted Can I help you. I turned around a man was in the doorway. I walked back towards him. I said I was not sure if any one was about. He proceeded to run he finger along the notice and reading it out loud in a condescending manner If the door is locked ring this number. I explained politely that I could read and my phone was in the car I pointed to my car. He very sharply and directly said WHAT DO YOU WANT. I said it is ok, with that attitude you clearly do not want my business. I walked away .
