Well what can we say! Customer Service above and beyond. Friendly, professional, honest and well priced. We booked in to replace an old diesel heater in our Motorhome. They actually got the old one working and offered to save us money by not going ahead to replace it ( that's not too common these days). We decided that for peace of mind we'd go ahead with the replacement. As they are a WEBSATO registered service centre we also received an extra year's guarantee. WIN..WIN.
