Fantastic venue with friendly efficient staff and welcoming locals , the new owners are doing a great job of making the pub a hub for music of all kinds. We are part of their music weekends doing karaoke every Sunday. Come on down for a great day out.
Family friendly pub, new owners very approachable. New pool table installed and now live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Staff polite and efficient.
We stopped into The Pinny for a drink before dinner during our stay in Penrith. The atmosphere was ok. I ordered a Guinness and I have to say it was the worst Guinness I have ever had in my life. It was horrible and pouring down the side of the glass when I got the beer. The service at the pub is ok. Rather slow. You do get a good flavor of the local drunks at the pub who invited themselves over to our table for a chat during our visit (nice on one hand, annoying on another). We drank up and left pretty quick.
