I can't rate highly enough. Genuinely top class service. I was in the market for some bespoke sunglasses. I settled on Oakley's after speaking with Jonny who offered his advice. Top professional advice. Jonny ordered the sunglasses and as an authorised Oakley retailer they are under warranty. Jonny suggested Oakley's new HSTN line and I'm extremely happy I took his advice.
Needed to get some replacement lenses for my Oakley sunglasses and I have to thank Lesley, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and within 10 minutes had mangaed to order them for me. Great service. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
The Roebuck team of staff are extremely friendly and very helpful nothing is ever to much trouble. I have taken both of my children there from a young age, they have always been made to feel at ease by the optician explaining everything he doing along the way and why they are doing it and even the odd joke for good measure. My children love to visit and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone
