I went to vision express as a new customer due to being recommended from a friend with how lovely all the staff are. They really didn’t disappoint they were all really welcoming, knowledgeable and lovely. Very glad I went there for my eye test and will continue too for the foreseeable.
Just popped in to get my glasses readjusted. The staff are so nice. They had been ill fitting for a year and the 7 adjustments that I'd had at my local vision express hadn't helped. I had prepared myself to hear "that's just how they fit" or "maybe your bending them while you wear them" but instead "oh yes they don't fit, the bend is in the wrong place". The lady took them away and bent them, they are now perfect. Im so relieved I could cry. It's a shame that this branch is 6 hours from my house.
Vision express Penrith is my number 1 choice. They are so professional and extremely helpful. Hayley always helps me whether choosing new glasses or giving me useful advice and even if my current glasses need repairing it’s never too much trouble for her to assist me. Hassan is also really good and thorough when he does the eye testing and explains in detail the health of my eyes. You are all so kind and helpful and extremely professional at what you do.
