I had such a wonderful experience at this opticians from start to finish. The ladies there were absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process. (I didn't manage to get their names unfortunately) 🫣 My eye test was carried out so professionally and everything was explained clearly, which really put me at ease. When it came to choosing my frames, they were incredibly patient and helpful, giving honest advice and helping me find a pair that suited me perfectly without any pressure. Ordering my glasses was quick and straightforward, and when I returned to collect them, they took the time to make sure everything fit properly. Nothing felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with them. The level of customer service was exceptional, and the friendly, caring attitude of the team made the whole experience so enjoyable. Very happy with the service at Boots Penrith. George was very helpful throughout my eye test, offering advice and suggestions for my eye care.
