Lovely B&B in a central location. We were greeted by a gentlemen who was very friendly, gave us all the information for our stay and trip. We were shown to our car parking space (free) at the back of the building. The double room was spacious and had a comfy bed. The room has views of Catbells. Breakfast was lovely and there was a large choice of options including gluten free. We stayed two nights and had a pleasant stay. Thank you
Loved my stay! Hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming! Great night's sleep, comfortable rooms and fantastic location, the views are breathtaking. The breakfast is amazing, freshly prepared and didn't have to wait. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
We rated this 8/10.||This was a nice place to stay, we got a car park space outside. The location is very very good, very central to the town. Only a short walk to pubs, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Lovely views of the Catbells through the bedroom window. ||The only thing we would say is the room needed a full length mirror, we couldn’t both get ready at the same time. There’s only a small mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom could also do a with a good deep clean. ||Apart from that we had a pleasant stay and the man who checked us in was very helpful and gave us advice in directions to hike the Catbells. Room was cleaned after one nights stay with clean towels and bedding. The beds were also really comfortable which is what you need after a long hike. Breakfast was also nice.
